Adrenocortical Insufficiency	

In a patient with suspected adrenocortical insufficiency, the clinical sign of pigmentation will nearly always distinguish primary adrenocortical insufficiency from secondary adrenocortical insufficiency due to either hypothalamic or pituitary disease.
